Adoption Network Cleveland strengthens our community by:

• Finding families for youth who are at high risk of aging out of foster care without a permanent family
• Supporting adult adoptees and birthfamilies as they experience the lifelong journey of adoption
• Helping prospective adoptive families form or expand their families, and assisting adoptive families strengthen their ties 
• Serving as a resource in the community by providing information, education and advocacy related to adoption and foster care issues

Adoption Network Cleveland is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and has received many awards and honors since its founding.  We are a membership-based organization and receive financial support from our members and donors, program fees and events, as well as from foundations, government and corporations.  Adoption Network is a member of Greater Cleveland Community Shares and receives donations through workplace giving. Funding for specific programs is provided by United Way of Greater Cleveland and Cuyahoga County.
