Great News

Our own Holly Spencer Trueman gave a talk last April for the Adoption Academy in Columbus, Ohio.

Our Child Centered Recruitment was featured by the Ohio Supreme Court in the Ohio Summit on Children as a Promising and Proven Approach. The Summit was in early May. The link to the video that includes our CCR work is below – we are the second project in the piece, starting at the 5' 12" mark of the video.

Five projects around the state were chosen to be featured and we should all feel very proud that Adopt Cuyahoga’s Kids was one of them!

House Bill 7

This winter, an important piece of legislation that affects access to records, post-adoption contact agreements, and Child Centered Recruitement will be before the Ohio Legislature.
