Maridah Ahmad

Executive Assistant

Maridah has served as an assistant in every capacity to Adoption Network Cleveland’s Executive Director since joining the staff in 2007. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and one of nine children, Maridah graduated from John Hay High School and the University of Cincinnati with a B.S in Marketing.

Maridah formerly worked as an Executive Assistant for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and was responsible for assisting the Executive Director with strategic planning and overall department management. She served as the department liaison for internal/external communications. She served as the district coordinator for the CEO Student Advisory Council.

Prior to working for the school district, Maridah was the Marketing Programs Manager for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. She was responsible for public relations and media relations planning. Maridah enjoys reading, sports and working with the youth in the greater Cleveland community.
