Patricia Hill

Program Director


Patricia directs many of Adoption Network Cleveland programs including our work with adult adoptees and birthparents, prospective and adoptive parents, families, and our Permanency Champions Mentoring Program. She is a licensed social worker and joined the staff of Adoption Network Cleveland in 2010 with over 26 years of work in social services, foster care and adoptions. Throughout her career she has worked with children and families in both public and private non-profit sectors. She began her career as a juvenile probation officer and then spent many years working at public child welfare agencies as a case manager and adoption social worker. Patricia then became the Regional Director of Ohio Youth Advocate Program, which provided therapeutic foster care and adoption services. Most recently she was the Director of Foster Care and Adoptions for the Cleveland Christian Home before becoming their Director of Youth Employment Programs, where she was instrumental in the development of several employment training programs serving at-risk youth populations.

Patricia is a native of Cleveland and she has two adult daughters and four grandchildren. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Akron, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Corrections from Kent State University. She and her family reside in Akron, Ohio. Her special interests include bowling, reading, dancing and traveling.
