Carol Ryan joins the Adoption Network Cleveland with twenty years of experience helping organizations find and refine their voice, identify fans and enlist volunteers, and promote commitment to their mission. A career launched by Ernst & Young and most recently spent serving both private and public schools, Carol is excited to amplify the voice of the Adoption Network Cleveland. 

Carol holds degrees in Communications from West Chester University (B.A.), and Texas A&M University (M.A.). Outside of career pursuits, Carol, an adoptee, is a proud supporter of the Aspire Program, the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, public libraries, and her family.
