 pmental Behavioral Pediatrician at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital.
  She has been on faculty since 2008 after completing her fellowship in Dev
 elopmental Behavioral Pediatrics. Prior to the fellowship she worked with 
 Lake Hospital System in Lake County\, Ohio as a General Pediatrician. Deni
 se has special interests in management of ADHD\, Learning Disorders\, Anxi
 ety and stress management\, International and Domestic Adoption\, Fetal Al
 cohol Spectrum Disorders\, and Global Health. She is Director of the Adopt
 ion Clinic and the FASD clinic at Rainbow. Denise is also Director of the 
 Global Health Program in the Pediatric Residency Program at Rainbow. In ad
 dition to regular teaching of pediatric residents\, Denise also teaches in
  courses and workshops on the special needs of children in disasters\, esp
 ecially psychological issues. \n\nRachel Tangen\, PhD is a board certified
  pediatric neuropsychologist at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital.  A
 fter completing her doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of 
 Houston and a fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the Children's Hos
 pital in New Orleans\, she joined the Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital
  faculty in 2006.    Clinically\, her work focuses on conducting neuropsyc
 hology evaluations\, which include evaluation of cognitive\, behavioral\, 
 and emotional functioning\, for children with a range of developmental\, n
 eurological\, and learning disorders.  She is Co-director of the Fetal Alc
 ohol Spectrum Disorders Clinic.  Her research interests include cognitive 
 and functional outcomes of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders\, cochlear imp
 lantation\, pediatric epilepsy\, and genetic syndromes.  \n\nKimberly Burk
 hart\, PhD is a clinical psychologist in the Division of Developmental-Beh
 avioral Pediatrics & Psychology at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital.
   Dr. Burkhart completed her training at Nationwide Children's Hospital.  
 She specializes in providing behavioral/cognitive-behavioral therapy for c
 hildren with neurodevelopmental disorders\, anxiety disorders\, and trauma
 -related disorders.  She is also trained in interventions to assist parent
 s with managing disruptive behavior and improving parent-child interaction
 .  She has several publications in the areas of violence prevention and in
 tervention and parent training.    \n\nFelicia Fago\, PhD\, ME\, BS Educat
 ion is the retired Educational Services Director at Positive Education Pro
 gram (PEP) in Cleveland\, Ohio.  Throughout her career\, she has been an a
 dvocate for children with special needs\, and continues to advocate and de
 velop programming for children with cognitive\, social-emotional\, and beh
 avioral disorders.  Dr. Fago completed her doctoral studies at Case Wester
 n Reserve University\, with a focus on outcomes for children with prenatal
  alcohol exposure and traumatization.  She has worked in partnership with 
 the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome\, and has spoken natio
 nally and internationally about prenatal alcohol exposure\, as well as the
  issues of children who have been institutionalized.  Dr. Fago has two dau
 ghters who are adopted\, one of whom has fetal alcohol syndrome.\n\nTheres
 e Dragga\, BSN\, RN-BC graduated from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike\, Oh
 io with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and has worked at Rainbow 
 Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland\, Ohio for more than 35 years.
   During that time\, she has cared for premature infants\, refugees\, inte
 rnationally and domestically adopted children\, and children with behavior
 al issues and/or developmental delays.  She currently provides nursing sup
 port to Rainbow's Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics/Psycholo
 gy where she coordinates three focused clinics: the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum
  Disorders (FASD) clinic\, the Attention and Behavior Comprehensive (ABC) 
 clinic\, and the Adoption Health Service.\n
