 hancing resiliency for families.\n\nParent Group Topic: What is Your Perso
 nality and Parenting Style?   Do our personality traits impact our interac
 tions and relationships with our children? Join us for a discussion about 
 personality and parenting and how we can use the Color Code personality as
 sessment to explore this idea. \n\nYouth Group (ages 11-18) Topic: Self Aw
 areness Youth will explore their own emotions\, thoughts\, and values and 
 how they influence behavior. Youth will discuss self-perception versus how
  other’s perceive them and how they can reconcile these differences while 
 identifying their own strengths and limitations and practice activities th
 at promote self-esteem. \n
