 ith families touched by sibling disruptions\, will host this conversation 
 about the rules and statistics around sibling connections in foster care\,
  Jasmine’s experiences\, and recent policy efforts to promote sibling conn
 ections. \n\nAbout Danielle Gadomski Littleton\nDanielle is a senior attor
 ney with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland. As the attorney onsite with t
 he Medical Legal Partnership at University Hospital’s Rainbow Center for W
 omen and Children\, Danielle represents and advises patients to eliminate 
 legal barriers to health in areas such as education\, housing\, and public
  benefits.  Danielle came to the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland in 2013 as
  an Equal Justice Works Fellow serving youth in and aging out of foster ca
 re on a variety of civil legal issues. Danielle and her husband are the pa
 rents of three boys — one adopted at age 18 after growing up in foster car
 e — and have been foster parents. Danielle has served on the board and the
  public policy committee of Adoption Network Cleveland. \n\nAbout Jasmine 
 Hardy\nJasmine Hardy is a former foster youth with a history of involvemen
 t in the OHIO Youth Advisory Board\, the Mahoning County youth advisory bo
 ard and ACTION Ohio. She has shared her insights on statewide panels\, and
  served as a mentor for young people transitioning from foster care to adu
 lthood.
