 han medication” approach INSIGHT helps individuals and families find ways

 eutic martial arts program called Fusion Movement\, a blend of Tae Kwon Do
 \, yoga\, and other balancing & calming movement with social skills for ch
 ildren/teens & adults.  It is an affordable and efficient means for famili
 es to receive several therapeutic modalities. She also provides consulting
  services and seminars to schools and agencies.  Michelle has studied mind
 fulness and Emotional Freedom Technique extensively and has received train
 ing in sharing mindfulness with children with Dr. Amy Saltzman's 'Still Qu
 iet Place' training.  Lastly\, CAMP INSIGHT\, a summer day camp for ages 6
  to 12 promotes wellness and prevention for our greatest natural resource\
 , our children.  In 2000 Michelle founded the INSIGHT Learning & Wellness 
 Center\, a multi-disciplinary group of holistic professionals who work tog
 ether as a team blending research-proven traditional and holistic treatmen
 ts.  The Insight team provides psychological\, educational\, and gifted ev
 aluations and school advocacy\, as well as individual and family therapy.
