Adoption Network Cleveland
The Ohio Family Connection
Adoption Network Cleveland: The Ohio Family Connection™ (ANC) is an innovative non-profit organization that fulfills otherwise unmet needs for information, advocacy, education and support for members of the adoption triad (adoptees, birthparents, and adoptive/kinship parents), youth in foster care, foster parents, siblings, and related professionals.
Since our founding in 1988, Adoption Network Cleveland has developed a range of programs and services designed to meet community needs. We believe adoption is a complex, lifelong, and intergenerational journey for all those whose lives are touched by it. Recognizing that a unified voice is a strong voice, Adoption Network Cleveland promotes community awareness and social change by advocating for progressive policies and openness in practice, policy, and law at the local, state, and federal levels.
Adoption Network Cleveland: The Ohio Family Connection is a nationally-recognized 501(c)3 non-profit. We are a membership-based organization and receive financial support from our members and donors, program fees and events, as well as from foundations, and corporations. Adoption Network Cleveland is a member of Greater Cleveland Community Shares and receives donations through workplace giving. Funding for specific programs is provided through Victims of Crime Act funding from the Ohio Attorney General's office.
Your privacy is important to us. Our organization’s overall policy is to keep confidential the names, contact information, and adoption triad status of those we serve.
