Recurring Monthly Gift Policies and Procedures

Through a recurring, automatic monthly or quarterly gift, donors can support Adoption Network Cleveland and partner with us to create sustainable programs.

Thank you to all those who have committed to making a monthly or quarterly gift. A few things to keep in mind:

1. If you would like to change your credit card information, gift amount, or place an end date in the future, please email Sarah Wolf at sarah.wolf@adoptionnetwork.org or send the request by mail at 2592 W 14th St., Cleveland, OH 44113. *

2. If you would like to cancel your monthly or quarterly gift, please provide the cancellation request in writing to Sarah Wolf at sarah.wolf@adoptionnetwork.org, hello@adoptionnetwork.org or send the request by mail to 2592 W 14th St., Cleveland, OH 44113. Please note that depending on when your request is received, it may take up to 10 days to process. *

* Changes to the gift amount or cancellation requests must be made in writing in order to document the request. Requests left by phone or voicemail cannot be honored.
