Recurring Monthly Gift Policies and Procedures
Through a recurring, automatic monthly gift, donors are able to support Adoption Network Cleveland and partner with us to create sustainable programs.
Thank you to all those who have committed to making a monthly gift. A few things to keep in mind:
1. If you need to update your credit card information, please contact our Director of Finance and Operations at (216) 482-2310.
2. If you would like to change your gift amount, or place an end date in the future, please email Tammy Willet at Tammy.email@example.com or send the request by mail at 4614 Prospect Avenue, Ste. 550, Cleveland, OH 44103.*
3. If you would like to cancel your monthly gift, please provide the cancelation request in writing to Tammy Willet at Tammy.firstname.lastname@example.org or mail us a cancellation request at 4614 Prospect Avenue, Ste. 550, Cleveland, OH 44103. Please note that depending on when your request is received, it may take up to 30 days to process.*
* Changes to the gift amount or cancelation requests must be made in writing in order to document the request. Requests left by phone or voicemail can not be honored.
