Tammy Willet joined the Adoption Network Cleveland in 2018 as the Director of Development & Communications and transitioned into the Director of Operations in September 2022. She has spent over 20 years in the nonprofit sector with an emphasis on grant acquisition, fundraising, and program development with a special interest in strategic planning and organizational assessment. 

Tammy graduated from The College of Idaho, a private, liberal arts college in the Northwest and previously served organizations improving outcomes for individuals with disabilities and families impacted by poverty.
